## Logs

In the logs, VARIOS AI provides important records for administration, error analysis, and traceability.

## Available Log Types

* **System Logs**: Log technical events and system-side processes.
* **Security Logs**: Capture security-relevant events.
* **SCIM Logs**: Document processes related to SCIM user and group provisioning.

## Retention Period

The retention period of the logs can be configured under **Settings → General**.

## Typical Use Cases

* **Error analysis** for technical issues
* **Traceability** of security-relevant events
* **Review of SCIM synchronizations** and provisioning processes
