# Menu Icon

Use the “Menu Icon” in the top left to open the sidebar with your assistants, recent chats, and a search function.

  <Step title="The sidebar opens and remains visible until you hide it again via the close icon (a circle with an X)." />

  <Step title="In the sidebar you will see:">
    <ul>
      <li>
        **Assistants:** Your most recently used and frequently used
        assistants
      </li>

      <li>**Recent Chats:** Your previous chat histories.</li>

      <li>
        **Search Field:** Use the search to browse the titles of your chats.
      </li>

You can rename or delete your chats by hovering over the title with your mouse cursor. Select the pencil icon to change the name. Select the trash can icon to delete the chat.
